Orders with full payment received by Crypto Lab Innovation LLC will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.
For pre-orders, the specific shipping date is subject to notification from the factory. Crypto Lab Innovation LLC will promptly inform buyers of any updates.
Any customs delays or returns due to inadequate documentation are the responsibility of the buyer. It is highly recommended to familiarize yourself with local customs clearance policies and prepare all necessary clearance documents in advance to avoid any clearance delays or unexpected fees.
We may arrange different courier companies for shipping based on your destination.

| Warranty Instructions

Please note that the warranty period for new mining machines is 6 months/12 months from the time of production (depending on the manufacturer’s policy).
The company will not assume any responsibility if the user does not follow the provided instructions, specifications, and conditions for product use or alters the product’s functionality.
